Sports Medicine

Whether you’re a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior, we know that some of the best moments in your life happen when you’re playing your sport out on the field or the court. While we never want our athletes to sustain serious injuries at any time in their career, we know that no one is fully immune to the possibility. In the event that injury does occur, we want to be your first choice to get you back to your sport.

Our therapists can take you through a comprehensive rehab program with sport-specific instruction and training that will not only help you recover fully from your injury, but also optimize your performance when you’re ready to return to play.

Dance Medicine

Part of what sets ProMotion apart from other physical therapy companies is our commitment to serving the local and regional dance and performing arts community.

Our head therapist is a dancer and performing artist and can therefore bring an arts-specific approach to your rehab. Our knowledge of dance terminology, kinesiology, and technique requirements, makes us uniquely qualified to handle rehabilitation from dance and other performing arts-related injuries.

Our goal is to not only help you recover from your injury, but to also help improve your performance when you're ready to return to the stage.
